Current favourite (reversible) harness is the full featured Independence Emotion closely followed by the Apco Chairbag Integral. Both are pretty light weight with a full size seat board, so well suited to longer flights in full comfort. The harnesses turn inside out to become the bag but as with all this class of harness, it is best to use a heavier duty rucsac for travel and hard usage. Reserve is mounted under the seat. The integral bag is really for carrying up the hill and off the field, not for airline baggage handlers! There is a nice touch from Apco of a separate bag inside to stow accessories and a comprehensive manual on a dvd. The Advance Success 2 is way out in front for standard harnesses with the finest detailing in construction I have yet seen. Everything about it whispers QUALITY and it is very comfortable.
